Update your details online

To be sure the Animal Heath Board has the right TB testing and control programmes in place for you we need up-to-date information about the location, ownership and management of all your cattle and/or deer. You can update your herd details by calling the AHB on 0800 4 TB INFO (0800 4 824 636) or by filling in this online form.

This form can only be used if you are already registered with the Animal Health Board as a herd owner.

Information required by the AHB to process this form is marked with an asterisk (*). Please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible so we can be sure we have your correct details.

1. Herd registration number

A herd number is required for verification purposes. Please supply the number of the herd affected by changes. If more than one herd is affected by changes you will need to fill out a separate form for each herd.

Please note: Your HERD number is NOT an L-I-C or Minda number. It is the 7 digit number issued to you when you first registered your herd. Your will find the number on your TB testing dockets or you can call the Animal Health Board on 0800 4 TB INFO (0800 4 824 636) to get it.

If you don’t have a herd registration number perhaps you need the New Herd Registration form?
