The AHB Representatives’ Committee was formed to provide an effective link between AHB members and the Board of Directors.
It assists with Board appointments, setting directors’ remuneration, receiving proposed budgets and annual plans, approving changes to the AHB’s constitution, receiving audited accounts, and appointing auditors.
